Happy New Year to everyone. This decade should be huge for all of us. We will see so many new beginnings, new techniques and new possibilities. With an open mind and a wide open heart our goals in this business of ours will be met and surpassed.
This holiday season was so busy for me that it took a little longer to read SEX AND REAL ESTATE, and give the book the attention I wanted to give it in order to review same for Active Rain members.

This post is about getting back to basics as a part of marketing to your sphere.
Do what works for you, I've always said, and my sources of leads for buyers and listings have always responded to cute mailers that remind them of the season. My last mailer was about Halloween. It suggested: "Don't be Spooked by the Current Real Estate Market."
So far, I have gotten 4 calls back from this mailer. That is a great response, since I consider any mailer a success if you get just one. It certainly pays for itself if I get a sale, a … (1 comments)
