Sandy Utah, number of homes sold recap 2001 - 2011. As you all know by now I LOVE numbers. Here is a simple chart showing the number of homes that SOLD in Sandy Utah the years 2001 - 2011. All I can say is WOW what a massive drop in 2008 compared to years past. The chart looks startling and its interesting to me that the actual number decrease in sales from 2005 (best year) is a swing of around 900 homes sold.
