Wow! We were amazed of how many people turned out this past Saturday, even in the rain!
From 12-4 this past Saturday, we counted 230 people through the door of the #8 Parade home built by Borup Construction. That is 57 people per hour! Sometimes having 25 people in the house at one time! Open houses for me will never be the same again!
The people were very nice and were very surpised that they could leave their shoes on! "We don't need to put on blue booties?" Many people asked! That brought many smiles and funny comments.

The first weekend of the Boise parade of homes was a real good turnout. This past weekend we counted roughly around 275 folks that came through the #8 home on the Boise parade of homes map. This home was built with care and craftsmanship by Borup Constuction. A Master Builder in the area. People from all over came to make the visit. From Oregon, Nevada and of course cities and towns around the valley. A majority of those folks signed up for a chance to win $221,000 towards the purchase of any home.
