Aromas Coffee and Café has new owners. They have expanded into the whole space and now offer lunch and breakfast. Always a pleasant place to meet, it now has a sofa and some comfy chairs, and a book exchange corner. As before they have unusual gifts with a unique twist for a last minute shopping. Baking is done on site so everything is very fresh. Bob Pisarek and family are the new owners, they are experienced with sandwiches ,bagels and can create any specialty coffee drink that you can imagine. This is a great little place for a quick coffee or if you have (1 comments)
murrieta: Big and Beautiful in Murrieta

T This home is in Murrieta Heights hugs the hills on a quiet out of the way street. Downstairs has a formal living room a dining room and guest bedroom with bath. The staircase has an elegant sweep opening to a grand entry. The large family room has a fireplace & built-in cabinetry is open to a wrap around granite bar that makes this gourmet kitchen, a wonderful hub of the home. The appliances are stainless, the back splash tile is neutral but decorative & looks great with the granite. Upstairs has a large bonus room that would make an incredible (0 comments)
murrieta: Central Park, Murrieta California

Murrieta does not have a large number of home owner associations with amenities. The ones that do are very nice. One of my favorites is Central Park. This community is in East Murrieta towards the end of Murrieta Hot Springs Road. The planners left some of the grounds for families to enjoy. There is a large clubhouse with a kitchen for parties that can be reserved. The pool is huge, for the serious swimmer, a kiddies' pool and a spa make it a real aquatic center. The grounds are nicely kept and homeowners can enjoy a game of tennis, have a (0 comments)
murrieta: Staging is great but its not for me!
- 06/22/10 10:56 AM
I am a firm believer in staging homes. There is no question in my mind that the buyer has a difference experience when viewing a staged home verses a vacant or a "lived in" home. Buyers like the ambiance of a model home and staging is as close as a resale home can come to looking like a model. I like to dabble in decorating as well so took the plunge and became a accredited staging professional, bought some supplies, and before the market turned south I staged a few of my listed homes with good success. However, along the way I (1 comments)
murrieta: Getting Organized

Getting Organized at home and on the job! Handling the paper that flows through any home is a challenge. I have read books and attended organizational workshops to get paper under control. Even in our push to "go green" and paperless, there is still an amazing amount of the stuff that ends up on our desk and in our file cabinets. A few years ago I ran across a system, I would gladly give credit for it if I could remember the author. The idea is to color coded the major categories in our life. I love it, and you may find (2 comments)
murrieta: Financial Stability Report
- 05/24/10 05:05 PM
Getting a loan mod is an exercise in torture for every homeowner who tries. It might be helpful to know if you even have a chance before you put yourself through the effort. There is a site that might prove helpful for someone considering approaching their lender. Each month a report card of sorts is published at http://www.financialstability.com that gives a bank's record on how they are doing with loan modifications. The results are not stellar but a few banks records are noteworthy. Starting with the biggest; Bank of America shows in their statistics report that homeowners have a one in four chance to (3 comments)
A very nice single story, bank owned, home in Rancho Bella Vista. Temecula school district with a low HOA. of $40.00 per month. The lovely home is turn key with beautiful tile walk ways on main traffic areas and clean well cared for carpet everywhere else. Built in 2005 by Centex, the home is 2600 SF with three bedrooms and a study, a full private laundry room and 2.5 baths. The hardscape is in and the landscaping is lovely. Asking 219,000, this is a hot property and a hot price. This home is in a very nice cul de sac with well maintained homes. We (2 comments)
