West Jackson to get a new senior living community. The Jackson County Board of Commissioners approved the 175-acre community across from Traditions on Hwy. 124 at its Monday meeting. The property will be split between residential (169 acres) and commercial out parcels. Design for the active adult community shows residences along with open space and amenities (lake, walking trails and an amenity area).
