Bidding wars and sale prices above asking?  Must be talking about the JP condo market!  As we had seen over the past, the JP condo market is very strong - anticipating this trend to continue well into 2015.

Cambridge 1 and 2 bedroom condos continued their upward climb from a strong 2013 in the first quarter of 2014.  With high buyer demand and low interest rates I expect this trend to continue through 2014 and into 2015.

Continuing with the updates on the Boston condo market for Q1 2014 with data from MLSPIN, we see the 1 and 2 bedroom condo market in the Fenway / North End and Downtown neighborhoods as still strong - there were limited number of sales due to weather and lack of inventory:
