North End one bedroom condos (popular with first-time buyers) and West End one bedrooms (popular with medical residents and professionals) have shown good growth over the past 6 years. In the January 1, 2007 - March 1, 2007 time frame, the average price of a one-bedroom was $306K or $495.00 a square foot (all information obtained from MLSPIN). In the same period in 2013, the prices jumped 20% to an average price of $368K or $634.00 a square foot.
