Ashland market statistics 2007 vs 2008 
While the number of homes sold was down 9%, the average sales price was only down 6%. The median sales price held pretty steady showing that homes in all price ranges are still selling in Ashland. The average days on market has improved by 8 days which tells me sellers are more realistic about market conditions and pricing more accurately from the start.

 This report shows single family sales for the 1st 6 months of 2008. the number of sales is down by 5 from same period last year but the days on market is down significantly from an avg of 146 days last year to 110 days this year, HOMES ARE SELLING QUICKER> The median price is about the same at $420,000.
