Lake Maspenock ANNUAL FALL LAKE CLEAN-UP & PIZZA PARTY OCTOBER 13th, SATURDAY (RAIN DATE: OCTOBER 20th) Time: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. to be followed by a General Meeting and Pizza Party on Sandy Beach at NOON PLEASE COME JOIN US CLEAN the ENVIRONS of LAKE MASPENOCK Those who so desire can meet and organize at 9 a.m. in the Sandy Beach parking lot, where trash bags can be picked up. Participants should bring what they collect to the parking lot to be placed in a dumpster. I haved lived in Hopkinton for 22 years and this town is awesome when it comes to community spirit and giving. But my all ime favorite community event is the polyarts fair each september. It is just a very classy event, Oh sure theres lots of hot dogs and candy apples, but the vendors are always very hi quality crafts people offering one of a kind art, jewelry, clothing, and on and on, there is something for everyone. games music, demonstrations.
