While the number of homes sold was down dramatically, the average sales price was only down 4%. The median sales price held pretty steady showing that homes in all price ranges are still selling in Hopkinton. The average days on market has improved by 10 days which tells me sellers are more realistic about market conditions and pricing more accurately from the start.
