apartments in boston: Scary time for students coming to Boston, MA!Rental Suggestions

I wish I could of warned all of the income students or people relocating to Masachusetts, particularly the city and surrounding, for a rental for September 1, 2012, that they would have not much to choose from, actually this started from the beginng of the spring straight through now! There is just nothing left! I had to turn away a few groups of young professionals, as I could not find them a thing.
Here is a hint for those that are expected to study/relocate/transfer, whatever the siutation, landlords are giving their available units to us for September 1, 2013, … (1 comments)
If you will be relocating to Massachusetts, or simply looking for a Boston, MA Rental- please note, as in the previous 2 years, the percentage of available units will be extremely low for 2013 as well.
The reason? After speaking with many people, I have discovered that many former homeowners are now renting since 2008, when the real estate market really took a huge hit!
Another reason, people are staying put!
Boston, MA Rentals- Extremely Low! again for 2013!
Good News: If you know you are going to need housing in Boston, MA, I strongly suggest you start your search now! If you are planning on hiring an agent to assist you, speak with a few agents, when you find that "connection", I suggest sticking with that agent, it can be tedious when speaking with many agents. Sometimes the real estate agent gets the bad rap, however, will go to bat for you all the way and make your life easier and stress free!
Keep in mind, Boston, MA Rentas- Extremely low!
