First Time Home Buyer Classes Class Schedule: 1st Quarter 2012 For anyone that is considering a home purchase in Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, or Three Forks, the Gallatin County HRDC program is offering their First Time Buyers classes on the following schedule: January 10th, 17th, & 24th 6pm to 9pm Feb 4th (Saturday) 9am to 6pm March 6th, 13th, & 20th 6pm to 9pm You must attend all three nights to obtain your certificate of completion, I will be teaching the Real Estate section of the March course. Once you have received your certificate, if you qualify, there are down payment (2 comments)
Yellowstone Park is now open for the winter season! There are a number of commercial firms that are licensed to do tours in this pristine wilderness both by snow coach and snowmobile. The wildlife can be amazing silhouetted against the snow covered terrain and the geysers breathe life into the crisp clean air. It is a beauty not to miss. bozeman montana events: Christmas Stroll 2011: December Season of Celebration and Sharing

C.h.r.i.s.t.m.a.s S.t.r.o.l.l Capturing both the Montana and the season spirit, Bozeman’s Main Street Christmas Stroll is an event that evokes awe and warmth (although it was a particularly cold evening). Held once a year to kick off the holidays in the downtown area, stores come out onto the streets to serve food, warm drinks, and other goodies. There are hay rides offered, Santa is in attendance, gingerbread house building contests, carolers, and a lighting ceremony for the downtown decorations. All and all it reminds me how, even though Bozeman is growing every day, it will always remain true to the good (9 comments)
