Bozeman and Belgrade, two small towns in Montana, may only be 11 miles apart but they have plenty of differences. Homes prices between the two is one that gets talked about a lot. As of August 2019, the average sale price of a single-family home in Bozeman was 33% higher than Belgrade. Bozeman's rapid growth over the past few years is changing the overall vibe of the popular town and with that Belgrade is feeling some changes as well.
