No more 100% financing? What is happening to the USDA Rural Development Loan : Many of the agents who live in rural areas like I do have come to appreciate the USDA rural development loanbecause it seems like the go-to loan. Why would anyone turn down no , no MIP, and low interest rates all packaged with minimal red tape? They wouldn't... and since the loan has become so popular, we have just received notice that this program is scheduled to run out of funds by the end of April 2010.
