legal bedroom: False advertising Bedrooms in MLS

I have talked with agents in my area and it is something that I am considering bringing up to our MLS. When agents input a listing and put that it has 4 bedrooms and than add in the comments that the 4th bedroom is nonconforming it make the bedroom search worthless. Every-time that you search for 4 bedrooms homes you get a list of them that are three bedroom with a room in the basement that doesn't meet the requirements of a bedroom.
