Olathe, Kansas has recently changed their city recycling program. Gone are the small blue bins that seemed to fill up overnight and they have been replaced with 65-gallon blue recycling carts on wheels, they look very similar to the regular Olathe trash cans. Beginning in January 2010, all residential solid waste customers will have access to recycling at the curb, the cost is already included in your regular trash bill.
