Homes sold in Marshfield - October 2013 In Marshfield, Massachusetts, sales were up in October, and prices now appear to be 2-3% higher than last year, overall. Properly priced homes are selling immediately, and there are a few bidding wars breaking out. There are quite a few pending sales in the pipeline for next month. Still, the market is only lukewarm: inventory is rising and the prices paid per square foot are steady. Prices are not rising, even though none of the homes that sold were on the market for more than three months. 13 single-family homes sold in September down from 27 in August and 27 in September 2012 a list with details about each sale appears below The AVERAGE SALES price was $395,000 down from $406,000 in August but up from $390,000 last September LISTING price was $414,000 down from $425,000 in August and $406,000 last September ORIGINAL price was $419,000 down from $438,000 (6 comments)
