Bailey was Kathy's 14-year old, 90-pound Akita-Terrier dog and our friend. If she wasn't up at 7:30, and often earlier, to take him out for his run, and as he got older, his walk, he would bark until she was. He was a very loyal and happy dog. Just the facts. When I re-blog other peoples' content, it is because the information is very helpful. While we are certainly seeing an active market, with properly priced homes selling in a very short period of time, the short-term positives are tempered, in my mind, with some very significant longer-term issues. The "recovery" is biggest, in percentage terms, in certain markets that were very hard-hit. The recovery is from very low levels. If interest rates rise, buyers' purchasing power will dry up.
