The South Shore Conservatory invites the public to join in its first ever Rhythm Run 5K and Fun Run on Saturday, May 18, 2013. The Rhythm Run takes place in Hingham’s Bare Cove Park and starts at 9 am. Approximately 400 runners from all over the South Shore are expected to participate. MLS PIN has published first quarter data on the Massachusetts housing market. I include the All County Overview for Massachusetts, as well as the Plymouth County Market Watch for the first quarter of 2013. In general, median sales prices are up, while the number of days properties are on the market are down, from the same quarter last year. The number of closed sales continues to increase, while the number of homes for sale is down substantially, to the point that there is less than a six-month supply of homes on the market.
