Bailey was Kathy's 14-year old, 90-pound Akita-Terrier dog and our friend. If she wasn't up at 7:30, and often earlier, to take him out for his run, and as he got older, his walk, he would bark until she was. He was a very loyal and happy dog. He disliked thunder and fireworks. He loved people, children and other dogs. He chased squirrels, but he never caught them. We love you, and we'll miss you, Bailey.

Just the facts. When I re-blog other peoples' content, it is because the information is very helpful. While we are certainly seeing an active market, with properly priced homes selling in a very short period of time, the short-term positives are tempered, in my mind, with some very significant longer-term issues. The "recovery" is biggest, in percentage terms, in certain markets that were very hard-hit. The recovery is from very low levels. If interest rates rise, buyers' purchasing power will dry up.
