scituate: Homes sold in Scituate - November 2013
- 02/06/14 07:45 AM
In Scituate, Massachusetts, while the number of sales is typical for this time of year, both the sales prices and prices paid per square foot have advanced solidly in the past year. The homes that are selling have been on the market for a short period of time, but have still sold for only 90% of their original asking price, suggesting that the sellers who succeeded in selling were motivated to sell now, in the winter months, and may have realized that their "late-summer pricing" wasn't generating buyer interest. No home that sold was on the market for seven months, and most sold (7 comments)

8 Border St, Scituate This custom-designed, shingle style estate is an unusually attractive new home. The interior is still being completed, so except for the few kitchen photos below, I don't have photos of the inside yet. What is obvious is that the interior is stunning. The level of detail in the kitchen is extremely high. The rest of the home exudes outstanding craftsmanship and quality in every inch of this Falconi-built home. 8 Border Street, Scituate, is masterfully set in a private retreat. I am particularly fond of the view of the front lawn from the house. Looking (4 comments)
