SALES price was $542,000 LISTING price was $560,000 ORIGINAL list price was $576,000 ASSESSMENT was $494,000 AGE is 50 years (built in 1963) Average = total prices / number of homes

The MEDIAN
SALES price was $535,000 LISTING price was $550,000 ORIGINAL list price was $550,000 ASSESSMENT was $534,000 Median = the home halfway down the list
