It is our job to help the seller to sell their home and inform them of what we know, what we have researched about the area, and their home. Everything needs to be addressed at the listing presentation from the price, market conditions, the appearance, what advantages their home has, and all the terms. If we take a listing solely based on what the sellers wants to do and saying yes to everything the seller says, then we are not doing our seller or ourselves any good, because we are not doing our job properly. Renting or Buying, What Would You Do? Are you someone that would rather rent than buy? Honestly, I don't see how anyone would want to rent if your able to buy. I know I wouldn't rent! Trunk N Treat brought THOUSANDS of children and parents to our church at Community Bible Church on Sunday, October 26th. An hour after the event was suppose to be over, the last of the children made their way through the line. We had 4 rows of trunks filled with treats. We had a soccer field of games and food. We all have hot buttons and reasons that we do what we do. I am sure we are hoping to make a living selling Real Estate, but what is your focus? Is it the commission check? Last Friday was a big day for me. I was going to spend the day with some very special buyers. What made them so special? I am selling both of their homes, as they are getting married in July. We were going to spend Friday out looking at homes. We are up against a July 19 deadline.
