The Santa Cruz County Market Statistics have shifted in January 2010.........towards the short sale market. What has happened? First before talking about the short sale I would like to point out the the market is hot right now. According to the statistics pulled from the MLS the Santa Cruz County market has 510 Active Listings and 343 Pending listings. Over 67% of the market is selling right now. In addition we have seen the Santa Cruz County Markeet move almost completely away from REO's. In Class 1 single family homes there are 510 homes currently ACTIVE.
