branson realtor: Amphitheater to Open in May in the Branson Area - 03/04/10 07:19 AM
Coming in May 2010 the Branson area will once again be home to an outdoor amphitheater. The Black Oak Mountain Amphitheater will reopen in Lampe, which is located in Stone County, southwest of Branson.
The attraction originally opened back in 1983, but had since closed. Recently renovated, the outdoor theater will be ready for the first show on May 30, 2010, according to the amphitheater's web site. The first performance will feature artists John Michael Montgomery and Lee Greenwood.

Real Estate is not your typical job. In over 12 years in this field, I've experienced some amusing incidents. 
In the spirit of Jeff Foxworthy's "You might be a Redneck if" jokes, I've decided to compile a list for Realtors. The only difference is...these things have really happened to me. If you're a Realtor, you'll probably be able to relate to some of these stories.

branson realtor: Branson City Hall to Expand - 02/10/10 07:43 AM
Construction is in the future for Branson's City Hall. The Branson Board of Aldermen recently voted to allocate $300,000 to expand part of the police department and the city's municipal court offices. 
Of the total expenditure, $27,000 will be used for an architectural firm to design the project. City officials expect to start and finish the project in 2010.
The city has seen a 144 percent increase in the number of court cases, thus the need for more room and employees to handle these cases in the municipal court.
