On the west end of Frisco and south of Main Street, lies the neighborhood of the Legends of Frisco. These homes originally began construction in 2006. They were recently acquired by Rubicon Development out of Boulder, Colorado, who have begun new construction in 2012 and current to finish this neighborhood. Rubicon also developed the Water Tower Place located within Frisco. The Water Tower are just one block from Main Street and Lake Dillon.
