Phoenix Metro Area Sellers need to understand the market well enough to know how to price their home so that it will sell before it is stagnant on the market.  At this point buyers are going to want to give low ball offers on the home because they will feel that no one else wanted the home at the current price.  Sellers also need to be careful not to sell their home below what they can get out of the home. Staging - Perception is their reality.
Staging is such an important part of home selling.  It creates a perception of higher value which brings a higher net to the seller and a quicker sale.  Buyers enjoy being in a staged home and sellers appreciate a quicker sale.
 

 
Staging is all about presenting a home to buyers. Staging helps the buyers see the home's features in  a positive light. We stage the home to highlight the features of the home. We also show the buyer how to live with the less attractive features.

Occasionally someone will ask me questions about what does it take to be a great Real Estate Agent.  To be a successful Realtor.  This is usually when they are thinking about trying to get their Real Estate license.  I know what I usually tell them, which includes giving service that is above and beyond their best!  Treating your clients as good as you would treat a family member that was looking for a home and making sure you know what you are doing at all times!
