That is just one of the cool things about our area. There are Lots of people moving to Corpus Christi Texas and one of the questions I get asked over and over again is "Who do you have electric with?" Yes, in Spite of the Corona Virus that is going around there are also lots of beautiful things happening in the world. For example in Corpus Christi Texas late last night Winnie and Duke Welcomed 10 puppies into the world. The only worry on these pups mind is how they are getting in line for the food chain! You can see some are missing out!
Winnie is exhausted to say the least, but she knows she will be getting fed before everyone else in the house just so she can look after these precious babies.

The Corpus Christi Association of Realtors has recently released the Housing Report Numbers for Corpus Christi for the Month of November 2017. These numbers come at an interesting time since we just experienced our first hurricane in a number of years at the end of August. The numbers are still very strong with the median home price up 2.7% to $189,900. Active listings are up 0.9% with 1563 active listings on the market for sale. It' s a great time to buy a home in Nueces County. This reflects the current market trends compared to the same time period as last year. The months of inventory is slightly up over November 2015. The number of active listings is up a little over 21% over the same time period of last year. Single family home sales are down by 5.2% over the same time period as the prior year.
