condominium: First Blog on Active Rain

Hello all! This is my first blog posting on Active Rain and I'm excited to be here! I'm a Realtor with Realty One-Real Living in the Southwest Regional Office in North Royalton, Ohio, primarily working with FSBOs and first time buyers. Today, I'm also excited to get out the news about a great condo in the Winton Place condominiums on the Gold Coast of Lakewood. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the eighth floor with both lake and city views from a wrap around balcony. This condo looks like a model - it's maintained immaculately.
