No doubt the high cost of fuel has changed many families summer vaction plans this year! My goodness I paid $4.89 per gallon last time I fueled up my diesel pickup! Anderson Island! Just a short ferry ride out of Steilacoom to your new island get away. Anderson Island is a largely rural island blessed with tall evergreens, abundant wildlife, two lakes and a nine hole golf course!
