We were invited to participate in Bartlett IL local sight night parade tonight Sponsored by the Bartlett Lions Club Chapter. This is a great parade for all the Family's in the north west suburbs of Chicago to come and watch what is going to be a Spooky Parade. We at All In One Staging And Redesign will be handing out treats for the kids, and Our Popular Home Staging gift certificates for the older folks. We at All in one staging inc. are finding that more and more Realtors are now understanding the importance of Staging a home before the house goes on the MLS or to be shown to potential buyers. The Real Estate market is not business as usual as one of are Leads2Business members who owns his own RE company, he says that the housing market is down between 18% and 20% compared to last year this time. I read a post on here about the best $7 dollars someone spent on advertisement, Well I took her advice and stepped it up notch and It truly works, What I did was took a nice collard shirt to our local high schools stitchery where they get there letters stitched on their jackets and had him stitch All In One Staging(our company's name) on the front of the shirt opposite side of the pocket about the same height as the top of the pocket. home staging: Are Stagers able to be affiliated with their board of Realtors?

Are any of the Real Estate Stagers out there affiliated with their town or county's board of realtors? I am going to go to our village hall in bartlett il and find out where they hold their meetings to find out if real Estate stagers can be affiliated in any way without having a Real Estate licence. I think if we can just get to sit in with them and give a presentation they will see how much we can help them. Just wondering if any of the other Stagers have tried this and what was the results?
