Homes for sale near UCONN are going to be one step above since the Connecticut legislature approved a transformational $1.5 billion investment. This initiative positions UCONN to be in the ranks of the world’s elite research universities by adding new scientific laboratories, purchasing advanced laboratory equipment, constructing new classrooms, and adding housing.
