Are you shopping for a home on the Internet? Maybe you have looked at hundreds of sites - it seems that way anyway. Viewed thousands of photos - yet it still didn't seem like there were enough photos of the houses you really wanted to see. Found information that was overwhelming, confusing, outdated, not enough or too much.

Internet is and can be a wonderful thing, but it can lack that human touch. Isn't this why we like to ask our friends for recommendations on where to go, who to use etc. It's the personal contact.

Sometimes an error on the MLS can be a good thingDepending on who is looking. A few weeks ago we were looking at homes with buyers that had very specific requirements for their new home. With their criteria, there weren't many available. After seeing all that was there we pulled up some more listings that might work and hit the jackpot. A house was listed for sale on the MLS that matched every single criteria the buyers had - EXCEPT it had 2 bedrooms instead of the minimum of 3 they were looking for. Trying to buy (yes, trying being the keyword) a house in Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Littleton, Arvada, Westminster, etc... under $250,000? So is everybody else. We have never seen anything like this! It's a frenzy out there.
we pulled up 10 houses to show to a buyer LAST NIGHT - today when Brian was checking 5 were already UNDER CONTRACT Brian called to set up the showing on one house that the buyer is dying to see - the seller declined showing as they had already 11 showings TODAY Brian showed 5+ houses to another buyer and every single house had one … (9 comments)
