Currently there few homes for sale in Highlands Ranch below $300,000. There are many homes under contract / sale pending in this price range! They are moving fast
The average % of List price to Sold Price is about 96.%, but again the percentage is actually higher if you take out the short sales and then you are looking at an average net sold price around 98%.
