The Houston Bay Area is booming, and I don’t just mean with homes. You may have heard the buzz about the amazing Bay Brook Mall Expansion taking place in 2015. I’m talking major growth in the area and surrounding areas, Friendswood and Clear Lake, both residential and commercial, with many new businesses springing up. You can also witness the constant construction of the highway expansion in Webster. You would think that a bigger mall means more traffic, but the expanding highway comes in to save the day, being that the newly-sized mall will then challenge the Galleria in stature.
