It seems that I may be the only Realtor in League City that thinks you can in fact sell a house at an Open House.  Most agents will admit that the only reason for having an Open House is to find buyers to work with.  While this is also true, I believe firmly that you can sell the home you hold open during an Open House.
 
Why do I think so?  I've done it before.  And history repeats itself.  This year alone I have sold 2 homes at Open Houses.  I have taken listings and found additional buyers … (6 comments)
