Showing Center Services – waited on hold for 5 minutes and it took an additional 5 minutes to schedule the appointment because they had to set me up with an account. I had to spell my name, first and last, give my company name, spell it, give the city, spell it, give the state, zip code, my phone number, etc and the appointment didn’t get set up on the spot. Appraisals... just how subjective are they? I had the recent pleasure of dealing with a 5 digit gap between appraisal and sales price. My market research was thorough. I know my market. I know we got a bad appraisal in. We got a second appraisor to go out and give a second opinion, but what I'm really wondering is - Should appraisors be allowed to listen to national media?
