league city: Would Congress allow Budget Cuts to NASA?? - 02/03/10 04:49 PM
Okay, so this is what's on the mind of many area Realtors in the Houston area... especially the Clear Lake, League City, Friendswood, Webster, Nassau Bay, Seabrook areas of the Houston Metro...  How would potential budget cuts or a complete end to NASA affect our economy here?  How would it affect our real estate market here?
Does the Federal government have the "Space Balls" to kill NASA or is it, like AIG, too big to fail?

league city: Should we get an inspection? - 09/15/09 04:21 PM
We Highly Recommend an Inspection Let's talk about the next step once we have a fully executed contract signed by all parties.
Depending on the type of financing you choose, there should be either 2 or 3 separate inspections on the home you want to purchase. The first should be your own personal inspection, and the second should be a professional inspector that is licensed in the State of Texas. Should you select a government loan [FHA or VA], the third inspection should come at the time of the appraisal, which to some degree amounts to a "mini-inspection". Do not, however, … (1 comments)

league city: Get it ready now!! - 09/15/09 03:47 PM
Preparing to get your home in market shape Whether or not you plan on selling your home now or within the next year, it is important to prepare for this event by making sure your home is in great market shape to attract not only the most offers, but the highest offers.
Homebuyers are more sophisticated today than in any other prior real estate market. The Internet and ease of getting information is probably a big factor.
Homebuyers shop by comparison, taking price, location and condition into consideration. To attract the highest offers, sellers need to view their home through the … (4 comments)

league city: Mar Bella - Hot On Homes! - 09/10/09 05:36 AM
Well, I was just a featured agent on Hot On Homes for Taylor Morrison and the Mar Bella community in League City, TX.  Hot On Homes is a local real estate program on Channel 2 (NBC) on Saturday and Sunday mornings.  I can't explain why, but it can be very intimidating to be interviewed on camera.  I made it through the interview, and luckily, they did enough video editing to get my segment down to about 5 seconds!
Here's a little bit about Mar Bella -
