So, in the slowest of slow months it appears as though at least 25 families found new homes in the month of December in Washington Township (Gloucester County), New Jersey.
Washington Township encompasses Sewell, Turnersville, parts of Blackwood, Glassboro and Sicklerville. 
Here are a few statistics:

18 Single family homes ranging from $120,000 to $650,000 sold with an average market period of 125 days.  No new homes were listed in the month of December.

7 Townhomes/Condos ranging from $100,000 to $190,000 sold with an average market period of 120 days.  No new Townhomes or Condos were listed in the … (0 comments)
