It seems that everyone is trying to be more green these days. Whether their inspiration is for the greater good of the planet, their body or their wallet being more green can only be a good thing.
As a Realtor I get many questions from clients about whether or not making energy effecient changes to their home will be beneficial in regards to resale. Many buyers are looking for green homes and many builders are becoming energy star rated? What all this means is for another blog but I wanted to share this great tool I found:
