My Buyers had been searching for a home for about six months.  Their horse property sold in November and were looking to downsize.  They just couldn't find the right home that would house them, their parent and pets.

This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home in the Hopewell Farms development in Upper Macungie, PA sold very quickly.  No sooner did I finish loading the information and photos onto the local Multi-list, I received a phone call from an agent to make an appointment to see the home that evening. 
 
Half an hour after the set appointment time, this same agent called me and informed me that an offer was coming in.  WOW!!  That was within 8 hours of having entered it on the local Multi-list.
