The one thing the media has portrayed somewhat accurately is that Florida has been hit hard with foreclosures... That is quite likely the only accurate statement they make. When looking for lists of foreclosures there are many different sources and many different catches, some scams and some legit. The goal is to acquire you "the buyer" as a customer and sell you a house, not simply to provide a list, so cooperate with that goal if you want to find some nice deals.
