We affectionately refer to this beautiful creature as Mr Turtle, but quite honestly I actually think this might be the Mrs!
Papa turtle I believe is the bigger one. We only see one of them at a time, which is probably an indication that juniors' are down below.
This is known as a Gopher Turtle. It is a very peaceful creature and protected here in Florida.

Margie is our receptionist, a wonderful lady! Having lived in New York most of my life I am very familiar with the mindset of New Yorkers and other northern states that have only had attorneys close their transactions.
Here in Florida things are different than NY and other attorney states. It is not to say that attorneys don't close transactions, they sometimes do but most of the time transactions are closed by title companies.
The basic process is: Agent & buyer write a contract, include any contingencies or requests, then the contract is presented to the seller. If the seller agrees and signs, that document becomes an executed contract … (3 comments)

$100 per night, $150, even $300 or $400 per night. It depends where you're going and why you're there.
From a Realtor's perspective I really appreciate when local businesses treat my customers with a great deal of respect and understanding.
Often I have had customers comment about accommodations at various hotels, motels or inns. Some good, some not so good.
Economy is often a factor in making a decision as to where you will stay, but should economy mean dumpy and dirty, no amenities and an uncomfortable bed?...I think NOT!

Realtors come with many personalities and traits, some good, some not so good.
