Here in the Sacramento Region we pride ourselves on the affordability of our homes. This is the one area in California where you can have a fairly high quality of life and still buy homes that will cash flow as a viable investment property. However it is also home to some incredible luxury homes that are starting to gain a lot of interest from those in the know , who pay close attention to fringe markets , looking for larger opportunities both to make money and to secure a better lifestyle.
