The beaches are beautiful and crowded with people. Property is affordable. The new airport is still on track to open in May of 2010 and they are focusing on the development around the new airport. There is a proposal to allow FRESHMEN into the Panama City Florida State University Campus. Not sure if it will happen but it sure would be exciting.
