There may have once been a time when you had to fear renting your property to a group of college students and I am sure that the movie Animal House probably scared the bejesus out of you, but those days are over. Actually, there have been many instances when my landlord clients have directed me not to rent to college students. For the life of me, however, I cannot explain why.

I can't think of one good thing about a 55+ community if you are an investor. The odds are so stacked against you making any money that you really don't have much of a chance from the start, even if you got the greatest deal in the world.
