Have you noticed all the Christmas decorations in the department stores?  A little early, right?  I was watching the news the other day and they were discussing this with patrons.  Some said it was early, but the majority said it put them in the spirit and helped them get a jump start on the holiday shopping.  The bottom line was when asking the stores why they are putting Christmas decorations out so early was to stay ahead of the competition.  Makes sense!
With the real estate market the way it is today - you have to know how to market your listings to stay … (3 comments)

This particular email was from the author of a Blog and his analysis of Top 20 Websites - His analysis of where most people visit when they are on the Internet was quite interesting.  If you do not see the Blog when you open the above link, scroll down.  His name is Jay Meattle and his Blog on January 28, 2007 is worth reading.

real estate virtual assistant: Are you working those leads? - 01/22/07 07:44 AM
If you have a website you should be receiving leads, right?  You would be surprised at how many REALTORS I talk to that do not have any leads and they do not know why or have them but do not know what to do with them.  I always ask them first if they have had their website submitted to the search engines, if not this is a major reason why they are not receiving any leads.
There could be several reasons, but let's assume you are receiving leads from your website.  Are you taking the time on a daily basis to follow … (7 comments)

But, I do assist most of my clients with web site content, adding listings to the sites, and building up the SEO among other things, so if you have a template website through Advanced Access, Number1Experts, Homes.com, Point2Agent, RealPro Systems or anyone else, then this is where I would assist you.
The search engines are constantly changing their requirements so it is imperative to stay on top of what is going on.
But, you really need to … (4 comments)
