Single Family, Condos, Town Homes, Manufactured Homes. The Real Estate market in this area remains very active despite the change in interest rates recently. Highlands Reserve Golf Community is located just off HWY 27 in Davenport Florida. Less than 10 miles from the theme parks at Disneyworld. This community was started in the mid to late 1990's. The golf course is fairly easy to play, not to many sand traps and no water holes. It has generous wide fairways. The greens fees are very reasonable at less than $50 a round. One of the best Golf Course Communities in the Orlando Metro area. Providence is located in Davenport Florida just 10 miles SW of Disneyworld. This is a gated community with approximately 2000 homes and growing. The monthly HOA dues are very affordable compared to any other places at $128 a month as of the time of this post. The gated is manned 24 hours a day . There is a work out center 2 swimming pools. up by the golf clubhouse. The 18 hole course is always in good condition and fun to play.
