This brand new home is located in the Bridges Golf Montrose CO Th ehome does not back up to the course, so if you are concerned about golf balls in your yard or hitting your home no need to be concerned here.
The Bridges is a Nicklas design course built around 2004/2005. The clubhouse is one of the best you will find anywhere in the State of Colorado. There is a restaurant and patio with outstanding views of the San Juan Mountains and #18 green. The restaurant and golf course is open to the public.

In the last few years I have becoming increasingly concerened with the what I would preceive as agents being lazy. What do I mean? In this day and age where everyone seems to want to do things by clicking the submit button and at a click of the mouse it is done.
