Montrose Colorado Year End Foreclosure List 2011
Here is a list of homes currently for sale in the Montrose area that are bank owned and ready for new owners.
Some good news on the foreclosure front for Montrose, there were 100 less homes that received notices of foreclosure in 2011 than 2010. The number is still high at 285 notices this year but its a lot better than the 385 of last year. Hopefully this trend continues into 2012.

Black Canyon National Park Montrose Colorado.
Many people take for granted where they live and forget to visit those places that are right on their doorstep. I have lived in Montrose for 22 years. I have on a couple of occassions visted the Black Canyon National Park I think the last time I went there was over 10 years ago .
It only became a National Park in 1999 It is located just 15 miles east of DownTown Montrose It truely is a spectacular site to see. Most people think of visiting the Grand Canyon when they are touring the west. … (2 comments)

It seems like in the past 3 years that there has been a big increase in the use of Online Auctions by Asset Management companies like Freedie Mac, Fannie Mae and others to dispose of some of their foreclosed homes by using online auction sites.
